Stakeholder Management
I can use my experiences to add value to your organisation through positive stakeholder management including:-
- Review and analysis of stakeholder satisfaction
- Suggested actions to improve satisfaction
- Suggested actions for on-going review and continual improvement
A further important aspect in the success of any organisation is management of key stakeholders, including staff, customers, suppliers, partners and other interested parties.
I have extensive experience of management of stakeholders in a number of different roles and sectors. Examples of some areas where I have added value to organisations include:-
- Led the team that achieved the highest satisfaction rate in the annual staff survey two years running.
- Implemented customer satisfaction monitoring. Within two years each of the three business units achieved an increase in their satisfaction rating ranging from 10% to 33%.
- Took over a major project which was experiencing a number of stakeholder satisfaction issues that were attracting widespread media interest. Implemented a number of initiatives to address the various issues.
- Established excellent working relationships with a number of key stakeholders including regulatory bodies, clients and suppliers.
- Demonstrable record of delivering improvement in output of staff both those within my teams and those who I have acted as a mentor.
