Ensuring that the management of operations within an organisation is optimised is fundamental to the success of that organisation.

I have extensive experience of operations management in a number of different roles and sectors. Examples of some areas where I have added value to organisations include:-

• Led a major project with a turnover of £50M+ per annum and with a team of in excess of 1000 people.
• Managed several business units with turnover ranging from £500K to £30M and with staff ranging from less than 10 to in excess of 300.
• Led a number of business units including sales, estimating, business development, key account management, project management and training.
• Wrote the specification and then managed the project to build a new pavilion for my local club.
